Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Broccoli Sprout Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Beetroot Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Hemp Seeds
  • Handful of Pecans
  • 2 x Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 x Carrot
  • 1 x Small Red Capsicum
  • Knob of Ginger
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 x Red Chilli

Method

    Slice and lightly cook Carrots, Brussel Sprouts, Red Capsicum, Chilli, Ginger and Garlic!!

    Make a base of Broccoli Sprout Powder & Beetroot Powder @super_sprout , Hemp Seeds and Pecans.

    Decorate with cooked vegetables and add Black Pepper and Lemon to taste
