We process payments securely through leading payment providers Stripe and PayPal. We never store any credit card information on our site, so your data and transactions are 100% safe and secure. All payments must be received in full by Super Sprout™ before your order can be dispatched.
Shipping and Delivery Options
All Super Sprout™ deliveries are shipped using the most cost-effective shipping methods available for both domestic and international purchases.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses in Australia.
Super Sprout™ now allows you a choice of shipping services suited more toward your own timings and budget. Once you have selected your ‘Shipping Region’, simply choose a preferred shipping option and calculate your own shipping costs.
This freight covers the cost of postage, handling and airfreight charges. Please note that parcels may be subject to import duties and tariffs, which are payable by you. Super Sprout is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package, so if you are concerned, please check with your country’s customs policies prior to ordering. Before the ‘Checkout’ ensure your address details, region names and codes are correct. Shipping costs will appear in full and are added to your total order cost.
Please note – USPS First-Class Mail Internationaldoes not offer ‘parcel tracking’ capabilities.
Out Of Stock Policy
If an item you have purchased is temporarily out of stock for any reason, you will be contacted directly and advised of your options. We do our best to ensure Sold Out or Out of Stock products are available again within a 3-4 week period, so please check back periodically.
